As an ABTA member we abide by the ABTA Code of Conduct, which governs areas such as accurate advertising, fair terms of trading, changes to bookings and managing customer complaints. The Code requires all ABTA Members to provide clients with information on insurance, visas, passports, health requirements and alterations to your travel arrangements. You can rely on us to ensure that all aspects of your holiday are booked correctly and should any problems arise we are always on hand to resolve them as swiftly as possible.
